A: Yes, we offer free, no-obligation estimates for all our Reset services. 

Q: What happens to the items you remove?

A: We prioritize donation and recycling whenever possible. Usable items go to local charities, recyclable materials are properly processed, and only true waste goes to disposal facilities.

Q: Do you work weekends or holidays?

A: We operate Monday through Saturday during regular business hours. We do not work on Sundays or holidays. For commercial projects requiring minimal disruption, evening and Saturday work can be arranged upon request. 

Q: Can you handle hazardous materials?

​

A: We can handle most hazardous materials with proper disposal procedures. This includes paint, batteries, electronics, and certain chemicals. Specialized hazardous material disposal incurs additional fees.

Q: How do I prepare for my Reset service?

​

A: Simply clear pathways for our team and remove any items you want to keep. We'll handle the rest! For estate services, we can work with you to identify items of sentimental or monetary value.

Q: What if I need to reschedule?

​

A: We understand that schedules change. Please give us at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling to avoid any fees.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

​

A: We accept cash and all major credit cards. A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of services.
