Frequently Asked
Questions:

Northwest Reset Pros helps homeowners, families, real estate professionals, and property owners prepare, improve, and transition properties. Projects may include preparing a home for sale or rent, settling an estate, downsizing, managing an inherited property, or addressing a property that needs significant attention before its next chapter.

Every property is different. A Property Reset may include sorting and removal of belongings, cleaning, repairs, demolition, flooring, landscaping, appliance removal, organization, and other work needed to prepare the property for its next use. We develop the scope around the property's condition and your goals.

Yes. We can help manage the physical transition of an estate, from sorting and removing belongings through property preparation and necessary improvements. Our goal is to help move the property from its current condition toward whatever comes next, whether that is a sale, rental, family use, or another outcome.

Not necessarily. You will need to provide access to the property, and some projects may require your participation during portions of the sorting or decision-making process. We can also accommodate clients who live out of the area and cannot be present throughout the project.

Yes. We can accommodate projects where the property owner cannot be there in person. After establishing the scope and access arrangements, we can manage the work locally and provide updates according to your preferred method of communication, including scheduled progress updates and communication when important decisions or developments arise.

Yes. When a project requires work beyond what our team performs directly, we can coordinate the additional services needed to keep the project moving forward. This allows multiple aspects of a property project to be addressed as part of a coordinated plan.

Yes. We offer a complimentary initial consultation and estimates for qualifying projects. After learning more about your goals and assessing the property, we can determine the appropriate scope and provide an estimate based on the work required.

That's okay. You don't need to have every detail figured out before contacting us. Tell us what you're trying to accomplish, when you need it completed, and any budget considerations you have. We can assess the property and help determine what needs to happen to move the project forward.

Yes. We evaluate each project individually to make sure it is appropriate for our services, capabilities, and requirements. If we determine that a project isn't the right fit for Northwest Reset Pros, we'll be transparent about that rather than take on work we cannot properly serve.
